Economic Power

  • The class division between business owners/executives and the exploited labor of the working class. This exploitation of labor results from the exponential difference in the monetary value of the working class’ contribution to businesses and their salaries.

  • Racial division between white people and people of color, in which people of color, depending on racial and cultural identity/perception, experience lower employment opportunities, lower salaries, poorer quality of work, and workplace discrimination.

  • Gender and Sexuality divisions between men, women, transgender folks, gender non-binary folks, and marginalized sexual orientations manifest as income inequality, only compounded by increased workplace discrimination, harassment, and assault.

  • Ability divisions that debase your value as a business owner or employee are established on one’s physical and neural ability level. Those who are able-bodied and neurotic (people who do not experience neural divergence or mental wellness disorders) are seen as much more capable and deserving of economic opportunities.
